The following describes the e-mail policy we wish to abide by. While we have no way to enforce this policy, we ask that you review this policy and respect these guidelines for e-mail communication with us. Thank you.
We Pledge to
• NOT send "junk mail," "chain mail," or related messages
• NOT send mail with large attachments
• Send you mail in the format you choose ("text" or "HTML"). Our default format is "HTML," so please inform us if that format does not work for you.
We Ask You to
• NOT send junk mail, chain mail, or related messages
• NOT send mail with large attachments (Pictures can be made small enough to send easily. If you would like more info about how to make pictures into smaller files, then we would love to email to you some info about this. We want to see pictures of life back in the States.)
• Send mail in either "text" or "HTML" format
• PLEASE send family life or ministry update e-mails (we do not consider family or ministry updates as junk mail)

Why junk mail is not acceptable to us...
• Junk mail breeds viruses
• Junk mail normally contain hoaxes, lies, and urban legends
• Junk mail slows internet traffic
• E-mail addresses can be added to other chain mail lists
How to STOP Receiving Our E-mail Updates
If for ANY reason you wish to NOT receive our e-mail updates, send us a blank message with the word "remove" in the Subject line of your message. We will promptly remove your name with no hard feelings or questions asked.
